Bursa Anywhere is accessible by all. However, transactional services are made exclusive to individual depositors of Bursa Malaysia Depository who have a direct CDS account and are registered as users of Bursa Anywhere hence for account in Rakuten Trade is not applicable for this apps.

You may unsubscribe from our promotional email via Setting on the member screen:
1. Log-in into Rakuten Trade
2. Go to "Setting"
3. Select "Preferences "
4. Click "Mail Setting"
6. Uncheck "Promotion Email"
7. Click "Save" to unsubscribe from future promotion email.
Yes, 6% and Services Tax (ST) will be imposed on brokerage fees.
The following services are exempted from ST:
I.Corporate Action Fee
II.CDS Share Transfer Fee
III.All charges to our services except for brokerage fees

No we don't. As a full fledged digital stockbroker, we DO NOT employ any representatives. We do though collaborate social educators who provide information on digital trading and on Rakuten Trade - Spark Liang 張開亮 , Myfintalk and Dividend Magic only.
